Within the cooperation with the law faculties and the Representation of the UNHCR in Serbia, the Administrative Court participated in the work of the Asylum and Migration Law Clinic at the Faculty of Law of the University in Novi Sad and Faculty of Law of the University in Belgrade.
On 7th May 2024, within the Asylum and Migration Law Clinic at the Faculty of Law of the University in Novi Sad, judge from the Administrative Court – Court Unit in Novi Sad Ljiljana Koruga held a lecture on the topic: “Judicial Protection in the Asylum Procedure”.
On 6th December 2024, within the Asylum and Migration Law Clinic at the Faculty of Law of the University in Belgrade, President of the Administrative Court Judge Radojka Marinković held a lecture on the topic: “Judicial Protection in the Asylum Procedure”.
The Refugee Legal Clinic Project is being conducted by the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade and the Faculty of Law of the University of Novi Sad, in cooperation with the Representation of the UNHCR in Serbia, in order to promote protection of refugees and asylum seekers, improve knowledge and understanding in the field of refugee law among students and academics, and also to enable academic exchange.
