The amount of court fees and their payment method

The court fees are paid in the procedure before the Administrative Court, in accordance with the Law on Court Fees (“The Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia” Nos. 28/94…95/18) and the Tariff of Court Fees, which is integral part of the Law.

  • For the claim against the administrative act which initiates an administrative dispute, the fee is 390 dinars;
  • For the claim for repetition of court proceedings, the fee is 390 dinars;
  • For the motion for extraordinary review of a court decision in an administrative dispute, the fee is 980 dinars;
  • For the request for the transcript, the fee is 190 dinars;
  • For the request for the transcript copy, the fee is 20 dinars per page of the original;
  • For the request for the issuance of the certificate of finality of the judgment, the fee is 980 dinars;
  • For the proposal on exemption of a judge and the Court President, the fee is 590 dinars;
  • For the decision on rejection or dismissal of the request for exemption of a judge or the Court President, the fee is 590 dinars;
  • For the request for the issuance of the certificate on initiating an administrative dispute, the fee is 190 dinars;
  • For the notice for payment of the court fee, the fee is 390 dinars.
  • The court fee amount for the judgment in an administrative dispute is paid: 1) if the value of the subject matter of the dispute is measurable, it is 1% of the value of the matter in dispute, but no more than 1.900 dinars; 2) if the value of the subject matter of the dispute is immeasurable, the fee is 980
  • If the subject matter of the dispute is related to the disability insurance, social insurance, fostering, adoption and social protection, the court fee is paid as in the case of dispute with immeasurable value of the subject matter.
  • In the disputes related to the foreign exchange, the court fee is increased for 50%.

For the submissions and decisions in administrative disputes, where the subject matter is pension, disability and health insurance, child allowance, fostering, adoption and welfare benefit, the fee is paid only if the claim is rejected or dismissed by a final judgement. The obligation to pay the court fee begins on the date of final judgment by which the claim is rejected or dismissed.  

The court fees, provided by the Tariff of Court Fees, are paid in revenue stamps or in cash.

The court fee is paid for the purpose of the court fee – the Administrative Court:

Proof of payment of the court fee – one copy of the payment receipt can be submitted in person of via post at the address: The Administrative Court, 9, Nemanjina St., 11 000 Belgrade, within the 8 days from the date of payment.
