The court fees are paid in the procedure before the Administrative Court, in accordance with the Law on Court Fees (“The Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia” Nos. 28/94…95/18) and the Tariff of Court Fees, which is integral part of the Law.
For the submissions and decisions in administrative disputes, where the subject matter is pension, disability and health insurance, child allowance, fostering, adoption and welfare benefit, the fee is paid only if the claim is rejected or dismissed by a final judgement. The obligation to pay the court fee begins on the date of final judgment by which the claim is rejected or dismissed.
The court fees, provided by the Tariff of Court Fees, are paid in revenue stamps or in cash.
The court fee is paid for the purpose of the court fee – the Administrative Court:
a current account: 840-0000029762845-93
reference number: (number of the court case)
the purpose of payment: Court fee for the case number (court case number of the administrative dispute)
Proof of payment of the court fee – one copy of the payment receipt can be submitted in person of via post at the address: The Administrative Court, 9, Nemanjina St., 11 000 Belgrade, within the 8 days from the date of payment.
