Seminar for judges and judicial assistants of the Administrative Court on the topic Law on Administrative Dispute and Law on General Administrative Procedure

The Administrative Court, actively participated in the realization of the Seminar for newly elected judges and judicial assistants, which was held in the period from November 4 to 8, 2024 in Belgrade, supported by the OSCE Mission to Serbia and the German Organization for International Cooperation (GIZ) in cooperation with the Judicial Academy. During the five-day Seminar, the following topics were covered: “Administrative justice in developed countries” – Prof. Dr Vuk Cucić; “Law on General Administrative Procedure” – Prof. Dr Dobrosav Milovanović, full professor at the Faculty of Law in Belgrade; “Law on Administrative Disputes” – President of the Administrative Court Judge Radojka Marinković: “Case-Law of the Administrative Court” – Head of the Case-Law Department of the Administrative Court Judge Vera Marinković; “Code of Judicial Ethics” – Supreme Court Judge Jelena Ivanović; “The right to a trial within a reasonable time” – Deputy President of the Administrative Court, Judge Gordana Bogdanović.
