Judge Minja Bikicki participated as a panelist in the Round Table entitled: “Information of Public Importance – between the Abuse and the Right”, which was held on 20th December 2024 at the hotel “Zira” in Belgrade. The event was organized within the 3rd component of the “Strengthening Rule of Law in Serbia” Project of the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) and the Lawyers’ Committee for Human Rights (YUCOM). The Round Table was divided in two panels, the first of which was focused on the subject of: “Issues of the abuse of the right to access information”, while the second panel observed the subject of: “The interest of the public to know and challenges related to the limitation of rights”. This event is a continuation of a series of round tables aimed at initiating discussions and opinion exchange between the representatives of the Administrative Court, relevant state authorities and representatives of civil society.
