In order to improve access to justice, the Administrative Court provides reception of parties every Tuesday, from 10:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M., at the Court Seat in Belgrade, located at 9 Nemanjina Street, on the third floor, the Courtroom No. 3.
The appointment for the reception of parties it can solely be made via the following phone numbers: +381 11 363 51 11 and +381 11 360 47, every Monday from 10:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M.
The reception can only be scheduled for persons who are parties in the administrative dispute (plaintiff/defendant, attorney, legal representative, interested person). In order to schedule an appointment, it is necessary that the party in the procedure knows his/her case number; such information may be obtained by contacting the Court Registry at the following phone numbers: +381 11 363 52 32 and +381 11 363 52 37.
The parties, who have scheduled an appointment, should enter the Court building 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment.
On the day of reception, the parties who have scheduled an appointment will receive an application/request form. The application/request must be filled out prior to the reception and interview with a judge, who is appointed for the reception of parties, in accordance with the established order, and it is submitted directly to the judge appointed for it.
