Home » Media Accreditation
In accordance with the law and the Court Rules of Procedure, the Administrative Court provides the media access to the current information and proceedings conducted in the Court.
The media and the public are being informed about the jurisdiction, work, public hearings, decisions, and other information related to the activities of the Administrative Court through the announcements, the website of the Court, press releases of the Court President and the Spokesperson, and press conferences.
In order to provide objective, timely and accurate information to the public about the work of the court and court proceedings, the Administrative Court informs representatives of the media in a timely manner, no later than a day before, about scheduled public hearings in cases for which the public is particularly interested. Journalists and citizens can receive information about scheduled public hearings on the Court Notice Board, as well as on the website of the Administrative Court. The media receives information by e-mail and fax.
For any additional information, media representatives can contact the Spokesperson of the Administrative Court. Accreditation is not required for journalists covering oral public hearings in the Court. Taking photos, and audio and video recording at the public hearings, in relation to their publication, can be granted upon an approval of the Court President, with a previously obtained consent of the presiding judge of the panel, a judge rapporteur and a written agreement of the parties and persons featured in the recording.
The accreditation is required if the journalists and accompanying camera operators and photographers wish to bring appropriate recording equipment into the building.
The media representatives are required to send the accreditation request no later than five days before the requested time for taking photos or recording for the purpose of timely response to the request.
