THE HR DEPARTMENT is in charge of tasks related to the: preparation of Draft Human Resources Plan, selection and election of the court staff, professional development, assessment of the work performance and promotion of civil servants; preparation of acts related to the legal employment status of judges, civil servants and state employees; procedure for recruiting new civil servants and state employees; preparation of the employment contracts; preparation of acts related to the official trips in the country and abroad; occupational safety and health affairs; keeping records and performing other administrative and technical tasks in this area.
The work of the HR Department is managed by the Head of the HR Department who plans, directs and supervises the work and performs the most complex tasks within the scope of this organizational unit. Head of the HR Department is responsible for the lawful, accurate and punctual work of this organizational unit and is responsible for his/her work to the Court President.
The work of the HR Department is managed by Senior Advisor Milena Simić.
