THE COURT ADMINISTRATION is in charge of tasks facilitating performance of judicial power, and ensuring proper and punctual work and operations of the Court, in particular: the organization of internal work in the Court, deliberation of complaints and applications, acting upon complaints for trial within reasonable time, preparation of papers for professional meetings and tasks related to professional growth of judges and court staff, keeping statistics and drafting reports, as well as financial, material, administrative and technical operations of the Court, tasks related to the Preliminary Proceedings Department and Case Law Department, professional tasks related to the exercise of rights, obligations and responsibilities of court staff and judges in the Court, adoption of general and individual acts regarding systematization, internal organization, labor relations and other general acts regulating internal relations and work of the Court, tasks related to the collection of court fees and other tasks related to internal organization and operations of the Court.
The Court President manages the Court Administration, assisted by two deputies appointed among judges, whose specific duties, powers and responsibilities are determined by the Annual Calendar of Tasks of the Court.
The work of the Court Administration is managed by the Court President, Judge Radojka Marinković; Judge Gordana Bogdanović is appointed as the First Deputy of the Court President while Judge Bratislav Đokić is appointed as the Second Deputy of the Court President.
Court Secretary assists the Court President and is responsible for his/her work to the Court President.
Senior advisor Danijela Dupor performs the tasks of the Court Secretary, and is assisted in the performance of tasks by judicial assistant for the Court Administration tasks – Senior Advisor Jelena Kulić Gajević.
Senior Advisor Milka Murganić performs the tasks of the Spokesperson.
The President of the Administrative Court Judge Radojka Marinković and judges: Jasminka Vukašinović, Mira Stević Kapus, Gordana Bogdanović, Ksenija Ivanović, Vera Marinković, Zorica Kitanović, Biljana Šunderić, Stevo Đuranović i Bratislav Đokić act upon complaints to expedite proceeding. Assistance in the performance of these tasks is provided by judicial assistants, in accordance with the Annual Calendar of Tasks.
Judge Jasmina Minić acts and decides upon requests for access to information of public importance and personal data protection, while Deputy Judge for these requests is Tamara Brešković Stanišljević. Assistance in the performance of these tasks is provided by judicial assistants, in accordance with the Annual Calendar of Tasks.
Judge Jelena Tišma Jovanović acts and decides upon information on breaches of regulations, violations of human rights, exercise of public authority contrary to the purpose for which it was entrusted, dangers to life, public health, safety, the environment, and also in order to prevent a large-scale damage (protection of whistleblowers), assisted by a judicial assistant who is appointed in accordance with the Annual Calendar of Tasks.
