37th Meeting Kopaonik School of Natural Law 2024

The President of the Administrative Court, Judge Radojka Marinković, Judge Gordana Bogdanović and Judge Minja Bikicki attended the 37th meeting of the Kopaonik School of Natural Law with the general legal topic: “Right to Justice – Challenges of Modern Age”, during the period from 15 to 17 December 2024, supported by the German Organization for International Cooperation (GIZ) project “Strengthening the Rule of Law in Serbia”. The President of the Administrative Court, Judge Radojka Marinković, actively participated in the work as a member of the working presidency of the Second Department with a presentation on the topic: “The Impact of the Constitutional Court on Administrative-Legal Protection in the Republic of Serbia” during the panel discussion within the Second Department: The Right to Freedom – Administrative-Legal Protection of Freedom.
