The President of the Administrative Court, Judge Radojka Marinković, attended the ceremonial opening and the first working day of the Conference of Judges of the Commercial Courts in the Republic of Serbia, held on September 4, 2024, in Zlatibor, organized by the Commercial Court of Appeal. The Conference was opened by the Deputy President of the Commercial Court of Appeal, Judge Đorđe Jovanović, after which the judges and professors of the Faculty of Law presented introductory papers on topics from the field of commercial disputes.
