Court Registry Office

THE COURT REGISTRY OFFICE is in charge of administrative and technical tasks under the jurisdiction of the Court, tasks related to the preparation of reports on the work of judges and the Court, reception of documents, as well as archive and expedition tasks.

The work of the Court Registry Office is managed by the Head of the Court Registry Office who plans, directs and supervises the work and performs the most complex tasks within the scope of the work of this organizational unit. The Head of the Court Registry Office is responsible for lawful, accurate and punctual work of this organizational unit and is responsible for his/her work to the Court President.

The work of the Court Registry Office is managed by Associate Dejan Đurić. The Deputy Head of the Court Registry Office is Associate Dejana Nikolić.

The administrative and technical tasks in the Administrative Court are performed in the Court Registry Office in the Court Seat, while certain tasks are also performed in the Court Units in Kragujevac, Niš and Novi Sad.

The Reception Desk of the Administrative Court is located at the groundfloor of the Court Seat building in Belgrade, at 9 Nemanjina Street, and opening hours are from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM until 3:30 PM. Citizens and parties may directly submit claims and other briefs adressed to the Court Administration or Judicial Panels at the Reception Desk. Also, at the Reception Desk all the files and briefs are received and they can be filed via regular mail (the Public Enterprise “Post of Serbia”) and via official email of the Administrative Court: pisarnica@up.sud.rs.

Proof of payment of the court fee – one copy of the payment slip can be delivered to the following address: The Administrative Court, 9 Nemanjina Street, 11000 Belgrade, within 8 days from the day of payment.

The Court Registry Office of the Administrative Court also performs tasks of the expedition of the court files (court decisions, summons to parties and other documents). The Administrative Court cases, in which the Court rendered a decision, are kept, registered and clasiffied in the Arhive Office of the Court Registry Office.
