Data on the Court

The Administrative Court started operating on 1^st January 2010. It is established as a court of special jurisdiction with the Court Seat in Belgrade and three court units outside the Court Seat located in Kragujevac, Niš and Novi Sad.

The Court Seat of the Administrative Court is in the Courts’ building in Belgrade, 9 Nemanjina Street, Belgrade.

Court Unit of the Administrative Court in Kragujevac located in the Palace of Justice, address: Slobode St. 4, 34000 Kragujevac.

Court Unit of the Administrative Court in Niš located in the Court Building, address: Vojvode Putnika 2b, 18000 Niš.

Court Unit of the Administrative Court in Novi Sad located in the building of provincial bodies, address: Blvd Mihajla Pupina 6, 21000 Novi Sad.

President of the Court is Judge Radojka Marinković.
