Roundtable: “Custodial Care and Assistance – legality control and challenges in the exercise of the right”

Оn 31st May 2024 the Roundtable entitled: “Custodial Care and Assistance – legality control and challenges in the exercise of the right”, was held in Belgrade, organized as part of the 3rd component of “Strengthening Rule of Law in Serbia” Project of the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) and the Lawyers' Committee for Human Rights (YUCOM). As the representative of the Administrative Court, Judge Elena Petrović participated in this event. Apart from the representative of the Administrative Court, the event was also participated by the representatives of the state authorities, independent institutions and civil society, as well as beneficiaries of custodial care and assistance.
