PRESIDENT OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE COURT MET WITH REPRESENTATIVES OF THE WORLD BANK MISSION

President of the Administrative Court, judge Jelena Ivanovic met with the representatives of the World Bank Mission, responsible for the Project of the Vertical Functional Analysis, which had its Mission in the Republic of Serbia during the period 07-18 March 2016. The aim of the analysis is to support The Ministry of Finance in its efforts to strengthen the core functions of public finance based on an analysis of the current structure and operation as well as opportunities to improve process, organization and system. President of the Administrative Court discussed with the members of the World Bank on the subject of tax and custom laws and procedures, appellate proceedings and organization of justice on this matter. Mission representatives were received the data/reports on the number of resolved/pending cases in the area of tax and customs subject matter.
