Presentation of the Law on Administrative Procedure and Law on Administrative Disputes for the attendees to the initial training of the Judicial Academy and judicial assistants

The Administrative Court actively participated in the implementation of a one-day training entitled: “Presentation of the Law on General Administrative Procedure and Law on Administrative Disputes for the attendees to the initial training of the Judicial Academy and judicial assistants”, which was held on June 17th 2024 in Belgrade, in the premises of the Institute of Criminological and Sociological Research. The training was organized by the Judicial Academy, with the support of the OSCE Mission to Serbia. The lecturers were: the President of the Administrative Court Judge Radojka Marinković on the subject of Law on Administrative Disputes and Professor Dobrosav Milovanović, Professor in the Faculty of Law, University in Belgrade, on the subject of Law on General Administrative Procedure. Mr. Zurab Sanikidze, Senior Legal Advisor at the OSCE Mission, spoke on the subject of general international standards within the public administration and administrative justice reform.
