Open Doors of Judiciary entitled: “Fulfilment of Right to Pension”

Judge Dragan Jovanović participated at the event Open Doors of Judiciary entitled: “Fulfilment of Right to Pension” before the Administrative Court of the Republic of Serbia, which was held on 28th March 2024 in Niš. The event was organized within the third component of the “Strengthening Rule of Law in Serbia” Project of the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), in cooperation with the Lawyers' Committee for Human Rights (YUCOM). It is a continuation within the series of open discussion forums between the citizens and representatives of judiciary, aimed at better understanding of the position of citizens and the manner in which the courts act in specific matters.
